Women are better parent figures than men. Women are less aggressive than men, have great communication skills and are more nurturing to their children. Firstly women have always seemed to have a flair in conversations and noted down through the history it is thought to be part of the characteristic of women over males, where males are more mobile, active and deeper thinkers.
