The process in developing the system include patient’s clinic in UTeM. The area consists of the user in clinic which is doctor and clinic assistant. Basically there are no such systems in clinic.
The system use before has caused a lot of problems to the user. Due to that, using manual system seems to be the only solutions in managing the daily works.
