Leaders have the capability in instilling motivation and boosting trust and confidence in their employees. These positive attitude of leaders is called transformational Leadership. Bass (2015) define the positive leadership in terms of the ability of the positive attitude of a leader like motivation, trust disciplines, on the follower in order to achieve successful organizational change. The need to supervise employees have both positive and negative potentials, as it determines the success of the organization as well as impact the employees will have on change, demands, control and environmental support (Harris &Kacmar, 2006).

There are different phases of incremental changes as per management policy in an organization.. The changes mentioned are quite similar in general, from a leadership attribute point of view, and have the capability of altering growth in both short and long terms. Tushman and Romanelli’s (1985). These differential organizational structure places limits on organizational changes with reference to time. Gersick (2011) researched and explained the context of Mata as “design of the playing field and rules of the game” and referenced is a a potential adoptive nature by employees instilled by a transformational leader.). This can however be achieved if the I.T leader understand a vision for the long term growth of the organization which should be reachable, attractive, and communicable. Bass (2015) states that A transformational leader would be successful in getting a change plan implemented by having the ability to get into the minds of the followers (Bass, 2015), and making them change their ineffective business approaches. The notion stating that the transformational leader creates a culture that embraces change is is highly inclined with research studies conducted. (Brown & Eisenhardt, 2009). The way a leader uses communication and other metods of interventions towards his followers, becomes a success if this change takes into the underlying needs and requirements of followers.(Brown & Eisenhardt, 2009; Eisenbach et al., 2011).
The role of transformational leaders in the change process in an organization is their hallmark of incorporating from a personal discipline system, trust and loyalty in employees and improving on their sense of identity. Though the relationship between transformational leadership may have complete difference, from a personal point of view, they appear quite similar when its industry related (Banerji & Krishnan, 2000). Because transformational leaders hold independent attributes which are easily adapted by followers, the ability of converting followers from their way of thinking into accepting change is extremely successful. (Kuhnert & Lewis, 1987).

A Transformational leader in every I.T. organization employs a critical role as they are responsible for Putting systems in place and ensuring the overall vision of the organization is acheived. According to Hesselbein and Cohen (2011), Organizations whose transformational leadership are mostly inherited by young leaders, are mostly highly competitive as these leaders take time in learning new approaches by combining the four I’s and become effective to the business world as well as have the capabilities in achieving success in the most difficult organizational change process.
