The implementation and study of scientific investigations within the field of genetic has transform the genomic field of science and which has provided us with the importance of human health and disease (Hood & Rowen 2013).
Cancer genomics is the main aspect of continuing research. The complexity in human cancer cell is very extreme that includes mutations of rare and uncommon with huge frequency and impacts polymorphism with smallest effects (Biemar & Foti 2013). Transformation of a highly motile mesenchymal cell from an immotile epithelial cell are related to key component of lung cancer (Western Sydney University 2018) and the transformation is also known as epithelial mesenchymal transition (EMT) which is induced with Transforming Growth Factor-? (Gold 1999).
Over this semester we have conducted few experiments, where we looked on the different genes like CD44, RUNX3, CDH2 and SDHA. CDH2 and CD44 these two genes play an essential of body cells for normal functioning. CHD2 is a tumour suppressor when its down regulated where as protein-coding gene CD44, which have different functions like cell adhesion, migration, cell to cell interactions (Sneath and Mangham 1998).
DNA and RNS samples were taken from human epithelial cell line BEAS-2B and from lung carcinoma tissue A549 were taken to examined genetic and epigenetic changes (Western Sydney University 2018).
