It can also cause the skin to wrinkle and age faster. As a health hazard, smoking can be very damaging to unborn babies which can cause serious birth defects. Most smokers claim it services them release stress and relax. The negative effects can out balance the positive due too long-term smoking. One of the main problems today that is killing people is smoking. One cigarette can lead to addiction. Smokers is not only hurting themselves, but also hurt the others around them that is inhaling it into their nostrils.

If a person smokes two packs per day, it will average more than $500 a month.
