According to Anderson recent studies reveals that millennial manifest more resiliency in cultural and socioeconomic changes. Wood concluded that millennials are more optimistic, they had positive and good attitude toward their friends and colleagues that make them resilient. Millennials work hard and they care about their work. Millennial have experience difficult time, unemployment, low income level but except all these difficulties they live their life happily. This means that they have the ability to handle all difficult situations in preferable and positive way which revealed the resilience in them.
