It is very important that we should encourage children to accept the differences between one another. It is important that we should encourage the children to not discriminate on the differences between them. The teacher should encourage the children to understand the diversity and differences between a class, by maybe setting up a display with all of them on the board. For example, you would want to have posters and books that are representative of different cultures and ways of life. These posters can show a variety of different things: people from different cultures, wearing different types of clothes and having different skin tones. You can teach the children that diversity is very important because the world includes all different types of people and they all have a right to be here, and they all have something valuable to contribute to our world.
