IntroTouch footy in the 1968 had their first competition, rugby players used to use it as a training drill most clubs still use It as a training drill even know it’s a real sport but it’s a great way to get the team moving up and down in sink and to get them fit without the players injuring each other. I have chosen the centres and wingers to compare.
