I was in internship for Emirates Response Services for six weeks, from September 27, 2018 to November 1, 2018.
The training time was eight hours five days a week. I have done many tasks for six weeks. It has been a very good experience in my career and future. During this period, I have met many challenges and difficulties and learned a lot in the field of fire and rescue services to air force and air defense such as radio communication. Training taught me how to make decisions that benefit the company. I have gained the experience of doing the tasks on time within six weeks and about and working together.
At Emirates Response Services, there was cooperation between staff and officials, which created a spirit of solidarity among the team members. This made me very positive and happy with the number of things I learned and learned within six weeks of being a firefighter at the company. One of the most important things learned by the use of technology effectively, improvement of self and performance, learn from my mistakes and failed experiences.
On the other hand, my strengths have grown in enthusiasm, trust and patience and have developed interpersonal communication skills. I learned a lot more than I thought I would be able to learn in the last few weeks. I’m proud to be close to finishing my studies, and I can now graduate and call myself a 2018 graduate. All in all, my career at EMC was very important to me because it was my primary business. I have learned valuable skills that I will be able to apply in the future.
I think the goal of the training is to teach each student how the atmosphere will work in the future. I think I have reached that goal.
