Healthy extra moist chocolate cake (Death by Chocolate)
Ingredients: 200g unsweetened baking chocolate, 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder, ½ tsp baking soda, 1¼ cup (200g) pitted dates, 3 eggs, ¼ cup coconut oil, and 1 tsp vanilla extract.
Cooking Method: Preheat the oven at 350 F. Take a food processor, mix cocoa powder, chocolate and baking soda in it until the mixture takes the texture of a coarse sand. Now, pulse coconut oil, vanilla extract, eggs and dates in a bowl. Transfer the batter in a baking dish and bake for around 25 minutes.
