There are several factors in place for the meaningful use of benefits to an organization. One of the factors is technical resources which needs to be available to be utilized effectively. Another way would be vendor support and that is to use the information for specialist and the return on investment with the availability of the state programs. Technical resource is crucial because there will always be problems that may arise in the system. Therefore information for a specialist must be available and easy to access without invading any privacy. There needs to be a return on investment just to be effectively. Now the availability of the State program must also, be effective the challenges that may occur when adapting to the EHR process may include the cost challenge and with this it would require knowing the cost of the program, the training that is involved and the technical support that would also, require a great deal of budget planning just to see a return on the investment. However; time will present a challenge with the system because it would require more time for the employees that are normally seeing patients.

Preparation is also a challenge because all the stakeholder would have to be in support of adoption and all work that goes into it. This must be a well thought out implementation of the program while maintaining it to be successful. Another challenge could be the availability of vendors with the whole market on deadlines and with consultants and extension centers with a demand in availability which can become an issue.

Training on another hand is an issue that needs to be well planned and without adequate training, time, cost, customer satisfaction and employee support from a good training program there could be failure. When making sure that the new Electronic Health Records system operates fully with other existing systems it then becomes crucial and the data from paper or digital resources could result in some data losses. As we know this can become time consuming along with the Electronic Health Records organization that may be facing challenges of accreditation and organizational compliance. There are strict rules and regulations as well as a protocol that needs to be followed when it comes to an organization to earn accreditation status.Staff can then provide a huge challenge in accreditation because many employees do not believe in the accreditation, so it would take an overall of positive steps to process such as; it would take time, paperwork, certification and the credentials of the accreditors while reaching their status and maintaining it.

Effectiveness and cost also, proves to be a challenge in many organization so when looking to be accredited it can become very expensive when separating quality improvement from quality control which could become a difficult process. With the accreditation process it will basically guarantee quality improvement in an organization when taking all the necessary steps in keeping the employees on board that too can prove to be the biggest challenge. Another challenge would include the low number of accreditation that would be available for the hospitals.

To face these challenges, you need to have a good baseline accreditation process to the strategic planning. The education for the managers with an explanation can and will take the advantages and benefits from the process that is needed. Using credible and knowledge, and monitoring standards can be proven to be a key to success. However, with an on-going data collection monitoring system can provide excellent ways of tracking in your strategic planning process as well. Besides the accreditation and electronic health care challenges, the future will also bring the challenges into access to healthcare by the under insured and poverty level.

In the overall healthiness of the under-insured and lower income individuals have to preventative care and take care. People are far less likely to seek treatment and will at times not report any problems in getting medical care. As we know people do not seek care on the regular basis and many individuals do not have primary care physicians or other sources of care. With the prices rising there are several uninsured and underinsured. So, if they do seek care and given a prescription most of the time they don’t get it filled and that’s because of the cost and affordability. In today society there are many illnesses that are not caught in time and may have to be hospitalized then they get referred to a specialist if need to be but again comes the affordability. Which can lead to a lack of access to health care.
