The typically hierarchical arrangement of lines of authority, communications, rights and duties of
organization.

There are two types of Organizations –

b. Housekeeping Department
c. Kitchen Brigade
2) Functional Department (Non-Revenue Generating) Department
a. Security Department
b. Human Resource Department (HR)
c. Sales and Marketing Department

Operational Department
1. Front Office Department
In this, Front Office Manager is a top most or managerial level under which
supervisorial level department falls named as Reservation Department, Reception
Department, Guest Services, Accounts and Communication Department. Under
this Supervisorial Level -Reservation staff, Reception staff, Guest staff,
Concierge, Bell staff, Cashier, Night auditor and Switchboard operator comes
under which are operational level.
