Business Excellence is described as the outstanding practices in managing organization and achieving results, which are based on a set of basic concepts and values. These practices grown into models of how an international organization works. These models have been developed and continue to progress through an extensive study of practices and evaluate the best performing organizations in the world. However, Total Quality Management (TQM) is a management method to long–term success based on customer satisfaction. This is done by involving all memberships of organization to participate in improving processes, products, services, and culture.

TQM is the development of quality concept. It has started as inspections, statistical sample and attention of organizational quality and has progressed to an explicit quality by the customer. Through the application of TQM concepts in organizations, many of them have become successful and have taken the lead in their industries. As a result of this success researchers have been interested in the particular practices of TQM applied in these successful organizations.
